Return to your account

Sign in with the email and password used to create your account, or an available Google or Facebook option already connected to it. If you have forgotten your password, choose “Forgot password?” in the sign-in form. After resetting it, sign in with your new password.

Connect a sign-in method

When Google confirms an email that matches your existing account, choose Connect Google and sign in on the same screen. Confirm your site password, or an email code if your account has no password. Administrators also complete their additional verification there. This keeps your existing purchases and progress together. You can also manage connections in Account → Sign-in methods. Accounts are not automatically merged because their email addresses match.

If you joined through social sign-in and have no site password, choose Set a password via email in Account. If a provider is unavailable, use another connected method or Forgot password? with your verified account email.

Disconnect or delete your account

In Account → Sign-in methods, you can disconnect a provider after confirming your identity, provided another sign-in method remains. This removes the connection from THE TRADE LOAD and signs out your other devices. It does not delete your Google or Facebook account; you can also manage authorization in that provider’s settings.

To close your site account, use Account → Close account, confirm your password or an email code if you have no site password, and review the closure confirmation. Closure removes the sign-in connections, ends course access and removes ordinary learning records. Necessary transaction, refund, legal and security evidence follows the Privacy Notice. You can also request deletion or help by emailing contact@the-trade-load.com from your account email, including if you cannot sign in. Do not send a password or confirmation code.

One program. One payment.

Full access costs US$119.00 in a single payment through PayPal. It includes Starting Practice, 12 modules and 86 lessons. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Access has no preset expiry and continues while THE TRADE LOAD operates the program.

Sign in and verify your account email, review the enrollment details and make each confirmation before continuing to PayPal. Your order is linked to the account you use at checkout. Use the same verified account email with PayPal so the server can confirm the payment belongs to you. Review the final payment total before approving payment.

After approving payment, return to PayPal payment status to complete and confirm your purchase. Full program access starts after PayPal confirms your completed payment. If confirmation is pending, keep your receipt and refresh your payment status; do not pay again. If your payment needs review, contact the program administrator.

Your recorded purchase and confirmation appear in Purchase history. To request a refund or cancellation, choose a reason and explain your request there. You can follow its review and PayPal refund status on the same page. Submitting a request does not immediately issue a refund or cancel access; access from a refunded purchase ends after PayPal confirms the refund. Your current access status appears in Access period.

Find your verification code

Check the same inbox and its spam folder. Only the latest code works, and it expires after five minutes. Code requests, including resends, are limited to five per minute per email address and network IP.

After ten incorrect entries, request a new code. Sign-up, sign-in, code checks and completion requests each allow up to five attempts per minute per email address and network IP. If too many attempts are reported, wait one minute before trying again. If your account is specifically marked as locked, contact the program administrator with your account email and the message shown. Do not include a password or verification code.

Keep your writing

An unsubmitted reflection stays in the same browser tab for up to 24 hours, including when you reload or sign in. Save it to your account before closing the tab or signing out. If recovery is unavailable, copy your writing before leaving.

If an account copy and a draft differ, compare them and choose which to continue. Your saved starting decision remains preserved.
